The Outer District

the closest parts of the wall, this side of the district holds most of of the dirtiest and poorest resident in all over the city. This side consist of newcomers or poor class with many who have to defend for themselves and also there is an increase in crime rate. Additionally, this holds many of the cities population. This side also suffer the most during the wars between factions who fight over control over city and it tends to be the war zone.
